Can't remove head rest

SOURCE: cannot get adjustable head rest off the seat

On the plastic pieces surrounding the insertion hole on top of the seat back,there is a very very tiny hole on the side of this piece of plastic. You need to insert a rigid piece of wire or a very fine nail of some kind into this small hole and push until you feel it give, then pull up on the headrest. it should come out. You have to do this on each of the two insertion holes. It's easier with two people.

Not much info on vehicle but look at area where headrest goes into seat, for a small spot where you can push in to release and then pull up headrest at same time.
