Definately sounds like the fuel pump

The shutoff should be somwhere in the trunk area. Behind a panel on the left side most likely. It will be a little black box and have a button on the top, if you push the button you'll hear a click.

check for clogged fuel filter first, usually the pump works or it dosen't, check and get back to me.

Have you checked the fuel filter. Fuel pump will pressure up, but fuel filter could be clogged and not work without the pressure of the fuel pump.

Check the fuel pump reset switch again, if it is popped back out then replace that little switch in the trunk, any ford one will do. it works off a magnet and a bearing to close the circuit for the fuel pump. easy fix.

i found the problem.....my husband installed a sound system in my ride. when he unhooked my battery is reset my fuel system switch in the trunk..i had to push in the button an the fuel then was able to travel thru the system.
