Not getting fuel. relay not clicking. jumped relay and pump turns on car will run. checked relay ground. its good. i wired relay to battery and will click. hooked up ohm meter while relay was clicked and got connection. im not getting power from pcm to power relay. dont know if something is wrong in ignition circuit or anything like that. or if pcm is bad. need help. its driving me nuts!!!!!
Many fuel pumps get there power from the relay that is energized by the ECM
there is a pressure regulator in the system that will report to the ECM to switch on the fuel pump when the pressure falls
if you have no power to the relay , it could be because the pressure in the fuel system is above cut in pressure or that pressure regulator is not passing the current to the ECM

You have a problem in the fuel pump relay circuit for sure then. I'm betting the relay, but it could be that dropping resistor.
SOURCE: my buick park avenue wont start, i think its a fuel pump relay
the relay can be found in the fuse box thats located under the hood open the box and look for the fuse or relay that says fuel pump. this fuse box is usually on the drivers side of the vehicle but it can also be on the passenger side.
