As listed above i have a;ll that and it still wont start im tearin my hair out
First question is are you getting spark to the plugs ?
Then are you getting fuel to the injectors, and injector pulse ?
Have you checked the ASD relay ?
I would check those things next.
gettin spark and fuel dk about the injectors but i push the button that shoots out fuel under the hood i just put a new fuel pump in it and the asd relay idk ill have to ask my dad if he checked it hes the one whos doin the work im just better on a computer than he is
If you are getting fuel pressure and spark the ASD relay is ok. Have you run a compression test to see if the valves are opening at the right time ? Was it running before the timing chain was replaced ?

You need to use a LED type test light for the injectors or a Bosch style Noid light for the injector. To test the cam/crank sensor signal you either need a scanner to read them or a lab scope to show you a signal. The pickup plate in the dist handles the injector timing, the crank sensor provides a RPM signal. They both feed the computer information for ignition timing. Good fuel pressure, injector activity(Noid), and good spark out of the coil. The coil is what I replace the most of.

you need to things to run a motor,, gas and fire. take off the distributor cap and make sure its dry inside. look around it for cracks.

May have no spark due to a bad crank sensor, which is responsible for spark when it gets a pulse through the cars' computer.

if truck has a ceramic ballist resistor near and connected to coil this could be problem or the crk posistion sensor could be too, i would change ballast first if you have on your truck appx cost $10
