Front blower still runs when key is out of the ignition

Fixed Problem (it was my van) no power to ignition wire at starter. Replaced Ignition lock cylinder. just worn down. (Delivery van 50-60 starts a day). 160k miles.

These are the color codes:
• (+)12v Battery - Red/White
• (-) 12v Ground - Black/White
• Left Front Speaker (+) - Blue
• Left Front Speaker (-) - Light/Blue
• Right Front Speaker (+) - Orange
• Right Front Speaker (-) - Green
• Left Rear Speaker (+) - Tan
• Left Rear Speaker (-) - White
• Right Rear Speaker (+) - Tan
• Right Rear Speaker (-) - Orange

sounds like the check valve in fuel pump is allowing fuel to drain back out of lines. this would require ystem to prime up each time it is cranked. check fuel pressure it should hold with key off if it leaks down this is problem and pump will need to be replaced

If no click no start, replace ignition switch
If click no start, try smacking starter with a hammer, if it starts replace starter, otherwise, replace starter solenoid...

locate chime under dash and remove it

Find horn on the front near the grille or inner fender, unplug wire and run a jumper to it from the hot post on the battery. If it blows the horn is fine, but you have horn button problems. If it doesn't blow, you need a new horn.

Have the blower motor resistor checked.

it sounds to me like your blower moter resister or your blower moter switch are going bad both are right under the hood next to the blower moter one has 2 witers on it the other has 4 it usuley on the pass side right near the window
