Have a 92 plymounth sundance it no spark nore does it have power to the coil

I don't think a 92 sundance will shut the fuel pump down when the oil pressure is low, but it might. Can you get it to run on carb cleaner. If it is oil pressure, the car should start then run a few seconds and die. Have you checked the timing belt? If it broke the distributor will stop turning which would stop the oil pump.

the distributors can go bad on these hondas......... check the rotor under the cap it could be melted causing a no spark.......

You need a new distributor, these are a common problem and available new at just about any auto parts store. There are three inductive pick-up coils, a module and coil inside this thing and they go bad. You could try changing the module first, but they are non returnable, if it doesn't fix it, you're stuck. If it does fix it, chances are, the pickup coils are on their way out soon.
I would just get the whole new unit, about a 100 bucks on Ebay, $185 at the store.
