I have a 2000 Ford Windstar, when I start my vehicle the cluster, windows, radio, and wipers won't work. When I turn the key back to aux. my radio and windows work, and also my hazards work fine in either position but my turn signals don't work. Checked the fuse box under dash, and the fuses are good, as well as under the hood. I don't know how to check fuse relay. What is the problem????

If the bulb works in another socket you have a short in the socket or a open in the circuit. Check for corrosion at all terminals were the bulb makes contact and make sure the contacts are meshing to the bulbs contacts too

#1 Try starting the car in Neutral, if no start replace the Park and Neutral safty switch. #2 Check for a faulty starter solenoid. #3 Check for a faulty stsrter motor. #4 Check for a faulty ignition switch. #5 Check for faulty starter Relays.#6 Check the Transmission Range sensor it could be out of adjustment or defective. #7 On 1998 and later models, the power relay is in the power distribution box in the engine compartment. Refer to your owners manual for more information on relay location. Good Luck From Ernie @ RedDeer, Alberta, Canada.
