There is no reset switch. If the fuel pump relay is sending out 12v to the pump, but the pump is not running. It is time to drop the tank.

Kill switch for what ? Fuel pump ? It doesn't matter there isn't one on GM vehicles . Do you know how to do basic automotive electrical circuit testing . If not suggest you go on youtube an watch some videos on trouble shooting electrical circuits , how to test GM fuel pump relay circuit , how to read a wiring diagram . Know how to diagnose be for replacing parts ,

Just answered a similar question. Does it turn over? Either way, I would look for blown fuse and then check (usually) under the hood for a relay. You can some times test by taking another relay for lights or something not needed to run and switch them IF THEY ARE EXACTLY the same. If the pu,p works you will know.

Only Ford Products have a fuel safety shut off switch
Why would a relay be a problem?
I would guess you have an SRS (security restraint system)
code,even though your air bag didn't go off

the malibu DOES NOT have a fuel cutt off reset. if the vehicle has a no start condtion, ther is another problem going on, such as fuel pump concern, a igition concern or a theftsystem problem

ther isd a fuel pump fuseand fuel pump relay. also and I am not sure where it is located, but all vehicles with electric fuel pumps have a switch that is suposed to cut off the fuel pump if the vehicle get into an accident. this switch on many cars is located on the pasanger side inside car in the kick panel or around the heater box. not sure of location on the astro van. these switches sometimes pop off for no reason or hitting some rough roads etc. Gm also has several service bulitens out for defective harnesses and the problem might be the connector to the fuel pump. some ideas. good luck
