Fma or am does not work. scrolls through dial without stopping. clock, cd and dvd working fine. I know i have in glass antenna. stopped working after isaac came through here.
Hi Wanda, What did Isaac do? Who is Isaac? What was he doing passing through? Check the antenna connections. Regards John
Isaac the hurricane...it came through here as a tropical storm though
Sorry Wanda, I'm a bit stupid and being aware of hurricanes but never having experienced one I did not two and two together. I would think that the vehicle took a bad shaking and therefore recommend that you have the antenna and speaker connections checked out. I live in a land locked country in Africa and have no experience of those wild winds. Best Regards and always stay safe, John
John thanks for the help will check those today.

SOURCE: Radio and electric windows not working
Yes, it is most likely a fuse issue. Two things going out at the same time usually leads to the fuse block.
The radio and the clock are on two separate fuses. The clock runs on the constant power (yellow) wire to the radio... and the radio itself runs on the red Ign./accessory wire.
pull the fuse cover off and look on the sticker on the cover for the radio fuse and check it. I'm betting it is burned out.

it needs to be programed to your vehicle. we have to program every replacement radio we install at the dealership. only takes a few mins.

Most likely. Usually there will be a diagram on the fuse box lid, or right on its' particular slot, identifying its' component. That would be the first thing to check. Usually, you can find the fuse box for the dash accessories under the dash, to the left of the steering wheel, if not, then check under the hood, likely near the battery.
