Engine cuts out when driving or when ticking over, turn ignition off then back on engine will start.
It is probably the Suction Control Valve (SCV), it is fitted on the back of the highpressure diesel pump. I just changed one and it works all fine. The Valve should be around 200 euros on ebay, or about 450 euros at your Maindealer. Universal diagnostics will tell you all kinds of things but not this valve. Don`t know what about the proper Mitsubishi Program.
Good luck
Nut where is the SCV and High Pressure Pump located?
If you are in front of
The car it's on the right side of the engine

Hi,
You need to check you have fuel being delivered to the fuel rail or filter outlet. If this ok then you need to check you have spark at the spark plugs.
If these are all ok then it is possible that if your vehicle has done over 120,000 km that your cambelt has broken and you will need to replace this.
Let me know if you need more information.
Thanks
Jason

hello mate if it has got lack of power it could have a split vacuum hose on the turbo actuator and there is 5 or 6 hoses at the back of the rocker make sure they are all ok and not split. it sounds like u have no boost so it would put a malfunction in the ecu cause the the boost pressure sensor would be reading incorrectly.

you must have a bad sensor, take your car to advance auto parts or autozone they will put a computer on to check for you free. do that first to see what can be wrong woith your car
