Makes a rumbling noise at slow speeds but gets worse at high speeds around 60 mph.sounds like left rear wheel
SOURCE: Rear Axle Bearing
i know for a fact that the bearing comes with the hub., and if the old bearing is badly damage you may need to heat it to remove it from the axel...so this may be a rather big job if your not equipt
with torch or other ...

Have a mechanic check lower control arm bushing at the rear of the control arm.It is a horizontal bushing retained by a vertical bolt clamping it to frame. The tire will move more forward and back more than it should during braking. canuck mechanic.

That's a hub bearing. Replace the one that's doing it. I'm assuming this 'roar' is coming from the front, NOT the rear.

Have frount end alligned, balance tires, check ball joints, tie rods.
