2004 pt cruser, stoped for gas and then turned the car on and didnt have head lights, and the key fob dont lock the doors but still has the horn honk like it locked the doors?
SOURCE: Horn randomly honks(very annoying while your trying to sleep) HELP!
its possible that the relay is the problem as most relays have a second power feed wire,if it shorts to the horn side of the relay it can blow the horn.doesn`t happen very often but it does happen.this could explain the horn blowing without the fuse in.you can get a door key made at a lock smith to solve that problem.

The fob is infamous for its battery life. It gets drained so quickly that there happens to be a little later when the fob is very close to the door lock, ignition & unnecessary triggers the alarm due to low reception as the battery of the fobs discharges very fast, depending on the model, which has a certain virtual sheild(STARTRECK type) which is triggered by the fobs strength of the signal(radi waves).
Why not try a new set of batteries for your fob?? .................................sodeep

If your vehicle is equipped with a factory keyless entry system and you have the owner's manual, there should be a section in the manual describing how to change your options with your system. But if you have an aftermarket system, which I am thinking this the case, you will have to manually go into your dash under your steering wheel and cut the wire going to your horn from the security system. Once you have accessed your wiring underneath your steering wheel, there is a main harness with a bunch of wires going to the steering wheel. In this harness you will find a DARK GREEN/VIOLET small gauge wire and you should see another wire tapping into it probably coming from the security module. Just cut it off but leave the DARK GREEN/VIOLET untouched and this will eliminate the horn honks.
