When I turn on the blinkers , , I hear a buzz sound , and then the insturment panel lights up ?

I just had a buzzing sound happening on my 2000 Monte Carlo. It was coming from the Hazard button which is actually combination blinker\hazard switch in one. Turns out the ignition switch was going bad. The ignition switch finally went totally bad (no start some times). Changed it a couple of months ago. No issues with blinkers again.

    Did that fix the no crank trouble to sounds like the same issues my mc been given me lately. But when i get the ignition will it plug in an work or do i need to reset computer or anythg

I experienced this on both sides and dealt with it for over a year. You need a new harness for the light in the back. It is really simple to fix and they cost under $15 at a Chevy dealership. My havn't given me problems since.

My blinkers started to buzz instead of working correctly. I turned on my hazards and they worked, then my blinkers started working again. I believe there is some component that is starting to go out.
Replace the hazard switch. This will solve your problem.

hi it sounds like you have blown light bulbs and or blown fuse. there is a fuse for the blinkers and your brake lights in your fuse pannel.

Blinkers not working
The buzzing sound is probably your relay. It is in your fuse panel and it is what controls how fast your blinkers flash. It is usually a round plastic thing in the fuse panel. and you replace it just as you would a fuse just pull the old one out and push the new one in
