SOURCE: Car won't start, Everything is

Then you dont have fuel cycle the key or better yet have some one do it for you because you will need to listen for a fuel pump they are quiet so someone in the car you at the fuel tank have them cycle the key do you hear the pump going on. Also look at the air cleaner area there is a boot that goes into the intake is that boot torn? If you have a MAF then this matters,

Sounds like wet or moist spark plug wires. If this also occurs during early morning high dew point humid air, then you may have spark plug wires shorting out.

Replace wires.

SOURCE: I have a 1991 toyota pick up that won't start.

An injector pulse tester is called a "noid light". You plug it into the injector connector, and, cranking, it should flash, or blink. Try it on each injector connector.Buy them from any parts store. Blinking light means you are getting power to the injectors. The igniter tells the computer when to ground the injector signal, so it will operate and spray fuel into your cylinder. goodluck.

It is possible that the neutral safety switch needs to be replaced. This is on the transmission where the shifter connects to it. Unfortunately it could also be some of the other problems mentioned too , but as I only have this question locked to me for 30 min, could you possibly give me some more time and I will come back to you asap on how you can test this switch first and go from there.

Thank you for your patience
