SOURCE: 05 Jeep Wrangler High Beams Work, Low Beams dont

There are no relays for the headlights. Your problem could be from the headlight switch. You would have to check and see if you have power coming out of the switch on the low beam side. Check with a test light.

SOURCE: i have a 97 jeep

Try a couple things if you haven't tried already.

First try replacing the bulbs (sometimes the most obvious answer is the right one, and not meant to offend you).

Then, try replacing the headlight relay (found in the fuse box and looks like a small black cube that plugs in similar to a fuse with some extra prongs).

Then, try replacing the headlight switch.

Finally, while inspecting the headlight switch, make sure the wires are connected and not broken, worn out, or corroded. Same thing with the wires connecting the headlights.

Let me know if this helped you out.

SOURCE: Jeep wrangler Fuse box

You have two locations for the fuse box. One is either under the hood or behind the glove box. I would pull apart the glove box and take a look.

SOURCE: Horn wont work

If you are facing the front of the jeep. It is on your left, on the fender well. Yes, you do have a fuse under the dash. The fuse panel should be marked on what fuse is it.

Horn doesn't work on 2004 jeep wrangler sport

Check the horn ground. By pass the relay and feed the horn at the relay terminal. Could be a bad wire from the relay to the horn.

Which fuse for my jeep wrangler 97 is for the ciggarette lighter?

Hi, the 1997 Wrangler has two fuses to check. Both in the Power Distribution Center (PDC) under the hood. Fuse 3 supplies the accessory circuits through the ignition key and energizes the coil of the accessory relay. If your radio works that fuse is OK. The other fuse, fuse 5 supplies the power to the accessory socket when the relay is energized. The relay is behind the glove box and mounted to a stack of multi-wire connectors.
Replace fuse 3

I just bought a 1993 jeep wrangler 4wd. The only thing is the horn isn't working. How can I fix this?

First check that the fuse for the horn is good and if it is you will need to replace the horn relay that is found in the under hood high amp fuse box.

My horn broke ive been trying to fix it and i think its the relay while looking my fuse box does not have a relay in the abs pump and the abs do i need those relays its a jeep wrangler 1999 sahara

If you often have the top down, it may be the electrical connection between the steering wheel and the steering column. The horn on my '97 wrangler quit working and my mechanic said it was probably due to dirt. All you have to do is remove the airbag and then the steering wheel and you will see a round plastic part that the horn button and airbag plug into. If you aren't getting any electricity to those plugs, that's probably your problem. That plastic piece is what you would need to replace and it should be available at your dealership.

Horn not working. Fuse is good. 2005 Jeep Wrangler. How do you remove the rubber cover on the sterring wheel to get at the horn.

May be bad horn. Get a 12 volt test light or multi-meter and attach to the horn wire at the horn. Have a helper press the horn. If you have 12 volts when it is pressed, horn itself is bad. Otherwise, may be bad horn relay. Horn cover should pull off.

No power to the horn switched relays around still

hello, it is common for chrysler to use no horn fuse! what they use in place is the "clockspring". the clockspring is located in steering columb under the wheel....does your cruise control work (if equipped)? if no cruise control function it is most likely a bad clockspring!..... good luck, marty

Horn is not working, not getting any voltage to the steering column.....horn itself is good, used jumper to test it

sounds like your clockspring or a fuse test for power going into the clockspring please rate -jeff
