have your abs codes read out to see whats wrong.

code 15 is ignition output signal, an electrical problem. The engine computer sees no spark signals coming from the igniter. This is a good job for a Honda mechanic who isn't afraid of electronics.

no u dont have to trash it....you can clean it with a rag just a little moist with gas...after that u have to check the cylinder walls to make sure you dont have any grooves.....hope this helps...im a civic owner also and i had the same problem.....

the theives might have disconnected the motor wires or window switch wires when they tried to jimmy the door

There should be a very small lever on the lock reciever assembly , it's a left over from the manual cable on previous models ,It will slide in a slotted groove , but will still be present on the lock housing. Entry from rear passanger seating and a good torch a bit of luck and patience .

Just a bunch of plastic clips and ten mm bolts,maybe a couple Philips screws should take about an hour good luck and please rate -Jeff

i wont start untill it sees substantial amount of pressure in the system try locating the ac pressure switches, should be one or two of them on the ac line unplug them and jump them with papar clips dont run for too long without refrigerant or you will damage the compressor and be sure the compressor came filled with oil or fill it yourself -jeff
