Looking for location of drl module in 2006 grand prix
Pont Grand Prix; has 16 pin DRL module, fuse removes DRLs and Auto-ON (there is
also a fuse for air bags, SRS)
believe most recent GM models (99+), use a VCR tape sized DRL module that will
be under the dash, behind radio, glove box, over pedals, etc are typical locations for your car in various years.. There are two 8 pin
connectors to it

I'm looking for the actual location of the DRL module. I'm in a wheelchair and can't look under the dash so my 16-year-old son is my eyes and can't seem to locate it. From what I can tell it's located on the right-hand side of the steering column, could someone confirm this for me ?
Thanks Dennis. The new DRL I purchased is roughly the size of the old Beta video tapes. We can't see it anywhere. We've taken the kick plate, bottom panel of the dash, the metal plate under that, the stereo and DIC out but still can't see anything that looks like the new part.We may be over looking it as all I can do is look under the dash with a mirror.
