I have a 04 chevy silverado 1500 ext cab and I have 2 issues here. The first one is what is the actuator called that controls the airflow (like defrost to feet). I know where it goes (just above gas petal) but i just cant find any diagrams saying what its called so i cant get the correct part. The second one is what is the actuator called that controls wether you get hot or cold air and same thing here i know where is belongs (just under center part of center console) and i have the same issue of not having a diagram to get the correct part number.

Hi Hollings,
You description was very good, I need to ask for a specific.
When you turn to the left, the wheel is stiff like the engine is off or does it turn smoothly but the vehicle doesn't turn or seem to respond.
I'm trying to rule out broken mounts,
Also, if the wheel is all the way to the right, is it difficult turning back to the left the whole way, or half way. See where I'm going.?
Please comment back your findings
Best regards
Mike
