When i drive slow it shakes alot
When you say it shakes a lot when you drive slow means that is doing like pat pat etc? if so check for any spark ht lead not working,ask somebody to help who has an idea about it if you do not. If HT Lead is working then check for any not working spark plug or broken catalytic converter.

can 't you remove the coils insted of the intake ? It is much easier.

the problem is probably an idle air control valve. its a cheap fix. the body is ford the motor is mazda.

sounds like a wheel bearing maybe faulty from your text it sounds like it could be the osf you could try jacking vehicle up with engine off handbrake applied and in neutral spin the wheel and see if it makes noise or wiggle it to see if it has any play possibly take off greade cap and see if any grease in bearing /

Katrina, the fact that your car runs (like a beauty) when shes warmed up, indicates a fuel air mixture problem when cold. Your car is equipt with electronic fuel injection. This system utilizes a series of sensors that detect conditions such as engine temp, outside temp, humidity and air pressure to determine what mixture is perfect for the prevailing condition. For example, on a cold start, the sensors should know that the engine is not up to the proper operating temperature and provide more fuel and less air, (a richer mixture), until the engine warms, this emulates a choke on a vehicle equipt with a carburator. The problem either lies in the sensor itself, or the brain that interprets these inputs to decide what fuel/air mixture to deliver.
