Have a 2001 2.3 V6 Isuzu Rodeo in which the transmission keep burning up after having it rebuilt. Can't seem to find the problem after changing cooler, and all sensors.

On a v6 it must be off of a rodeo v6 only from 11-92 thru 11-95. If you get an aftermarket alt. get a beck arnley brand , others do not work. Try to get your rebuilt at a place that rebuilds alts. and starters locally.
try checking the fluid level in the gearbox,rodeo dont have a dipstick so u have to undo the plug on the side of the gearbox just like a manual gearbox.if the oil is really low i suggest doing a full service on the gearbox,change the oil and filter is ideal for better results.
