Great news!!! I know exactly what your problem is. We had the same problem on our 2000 sebring. Its a bad design on the drainage holes. I would guess that you have this problem after a rain. You need to do more research on the owners group website, but there are drainage hole that are on the bottom edge of your car just below the sideview mirrors. You will need to lie on the ground, take a clothes hanger and unclog the holes. The holes arent perfectly round, they don't even look like holes. I wish I knew the exact website for you to check but this solved our problem.

This is called a Power Door Actuator. Your local autoparts store should have this in stock. they just need your year make and model vehicle. They may have an after market actuator...hopes this helps

You have a small leak, that is evaporating before it hits the ground, have a shop, pressure check the cooling system, the leak will show up.

You need to clear the Drain. It is located on the passenger side firewall toward the bottom. It is normally a piece of tubing bent to face the ground and crimped slightly at the end. Make sure this tube is clear and it should drain to the outside of the vehicle.
