When you have a fast blinking light the front or rear turn signal is probably blown and for your brake light check your fuse.
Testimonial: "I have never replaced a front blinker bulb and that was it as far as the brake lights, the mechanic showed me that it was because my emergency flasher button was not all the way off or on but a little in the middle causing the brake lights not to come on at all. All is working now. Thanks"
First check all four of the turn signal lights. Usually one of the bulbs is bad. Sometimes is lit but not flashing, sometimes it is off. Replace that bulb.
Then work on the brake light problem.
Hope this helps.

Bad ground....and possibly a bad flasher module........stop lamp fuse........corroded wiring between the cab and the tail lights........If your truck has trailer light wiring check to see that it isn't causing the problem.........most after market kits plug into the main plug under the rear of the truck and over time can corrode and create bad connections
hope this helps....good luck!

the most common problem is the light boeard in the tail lights usually replace the board full of bulb sockets and that takes care of it but before condeming the board make sure you are getting power to it

If new bulbs don't work, it is probably the harness that holds the bulb. I had to replace both on my car after fighting with the problem for over a year and not knowing.

any increase in bink speed is direcly related to a bulb being burt out.
SOURCE: have a 93' chevy 1500 4x4. no brake lights.
You will need to replace the rear light assembly that was melted.
