I drove my opel monza and she just cut out. I got her to start up agian after a cold start then she drove for about two kilomerers then cut out again then started and cut out completely, there isn't anu spark at the plug leads. What could the problem be?
Failing dispack you should have the engine codes read and see if this is the only problem.

you can test the coil by moving its location and see if it behaves the same way on a different cylinder ie. misfires, I was also going to suggest that you recheck the power connections to each coil

I had a similar problem with my 1986 300e , which got progressively worse until the car was no longer driveable, I changed out the fuel pump relay and the problem went away.
