I was told it didn't have one but my husband did find it. You have to remove the mud guard located under the radiator and it will be on the drivers side of the radiator.
If you are talking about the drain plug it is located at the driver side of the radiator on US models or just look for the plastic wing-bolt witch looks like a wing-nut at the bottom of the radiator
If you are refering to the radiator draincock, most cars no longer have them as we use the same 50/50 mixture winter and summer and a lot of garages now clean and recycle the antifreeze back into the same car.

There should be both. Should have a temperature switch, an A/C switch, a defrost switch that all send signals to the ECU. And there is a fuse and relays in the circuit for the low and high speed fan controls.
