Fuses are all good. Tried changing the headlight switch as well. Still no rear lights or blinkers.

i had a similar problem, and it was the turn signal lever assembly. Get rude with the lever testing the turn signals, and see if it works. Mine specifically had a problem in the very end of the lever. I swapped it out, and brake and turn signals worked like they were supposed to. Also, make sure you disconnect your battery before swapping the lever assembly, as your truck will enter into security mode when the ignition assembly is removed for access.
