Neon in gear but will not move Manual trans

i have the same problem its with the clutch its either the pressure plate , release bearing , or a clutch spring unfortunately and costs around 600$ to fix the neons have a "modular" clutch witch means that you buy a clutch/ flywheel combo unlike most cars that you buy seperately its pre assembled and a pain to replace for good measure go to a reputable transmission shop and have them check it (be shure they do a free check first) unless you have the tools and time to DIY

seems your problem is within your clutch,defective part,usually a defective release bearing will cause gear shifter and pedal vibration but not as bad as yours,but by pressing on clutch pedal vibration stops,point to clutch!

HAVE YOU CHECKED GROUND STRAPS ON RAD SUPPORT..HAVE SEEN BOLTS ON THESE GROUNDS BREAK OFF AND CAUSE ALL KINDS OF ELECTRICAL ISSUES..2-3 BLACK WIRES GOING TO A BOLT ON EACH SIDE OF RAD SUPPORT
