Need fusebox diagrams for both engine fusebox and interior fusebox compartment.
Sorry but Nissan diagrams available to up only go back to 2008 models. Try eBay for used owners manual

Here is an owners manual file download for Nissan. Go to the vehicle and the year and download the entire manual. It will show fuse locations and the diagram of what each is for. Good Luck!

My mistake! This needs to be for a 2996 Nissan 240SX. Unless they are both the same. Tested most of the fuses, but not the relays yet. Still will not start.
Bad typing. a 1996.
Lesson learned. Initially we took the starter to get tested at an auto parts store, where it tested good. After all trying and replacing ignition switch, fuses and relay fuse didn't work, I had someone else help. He found the starter was bad. We took it to a different parts store where it tested bad. My friend said that sometimes it needs to be load tested several times to see if it is bad. Not just the first time checked. Bought a new starter and it started right up. Thanks all for all your other help though.
