Dave, The P0700 code is a generic fault code indicating the the TCM (transmission control module) has recognized a problem and the P0755 is the indicated problem. I'd recommend you check your transmission external electrical connector for water intrusion and corrosion at the terminals by disconnecting the connector. If nothing appears wrong, I'd then recommend you drop the lower transmission pan and take a look at the residue deposit that is laying on the bottom of the pan. You should only see a relativily minor amount of grayish, black clutch material residing there. Pay particular attention for a gross amount of this or any large particular material, including any metal, either filings or chunks, or any brass or aluminum. If this checks out to be fairly clean, then I'd recommend you replace that "B" solenoid (2-3 shift solenoid) and have the trans. pan and filter replaced.; I'd also highly recommend you have the trans flushed for anyother particular matter that may reside internally inside the transmission. You'll have to have the codes cleared and the transmission relearned for shift feel, at that point.

P0304, could be a bad plug, bad coil, bad injector, low compression, or other stuff. The P0700, you need to look at codes in the TCM. It is telling you that the trans computer has a fault in it.

P1521 - VRIS Solenoid 1 I have replaced the VRIS (Variable resonance idle solenoid 1).
P0750 - Shift Solenoid A malfunction
There is more than one solenoid in the valve body and to make sure he is
replacing the right one. I will say that with an electrical malfunction
code---it's usually the wiring or the solenoid----so not a real bad
choice. Come to think of it I think there will be 4 solenoids---A,B,EPC
and TCC. So he needs to find out which one is the bad one before he goes
replacing.
Good luck

SOURCE: dodge ram 2500 transmission relay isn't working right
The relay has pin ID on it lets use that. CAV 30 is B+ which is 12 volts, Cavity 85 is transmission control relay. Cavity 86 is Generator source. Cavity 87 is transmission control relay output. Cavity 87A is not used. open that relay and exposed the relay control see if it engages on its own if not collapse it see if you get out of limp mode.
