I have a 1992 Ford Ranger just had a new clutch put in and worked fine for a bout 3 weeks (was put in by ford dealership) and 3 days ago it stopped turning over when I turned the key, I have power and battery is fine, but it wont turn over. Well today I tried to crank it and it worked. drove it to the gas station, and got gas, started it again and when I got home and turned it off it wouldn't start again.... help?
The cluch safety switch us located on the cluch peddle and they wouldn't have touched that when servicing the cluch. I would check the starter relay by changing it with the horn relay if it still doesn't work it is probably a bad starter or connection on battery.
Take back to dealer and have them check the neutral safety switch on the clutch because if the switch is not adjusted properly you will have this problem
