My automatic seatbelt doesnt work anymore. i have a 1990 accord lx 5-speed and it used to get stuck have way and know it wont recline at all. is it a bad fuse or the computer? i disconnected the seatbelt...

If both passengers and drivers side retractable belts have stopped moving, then it's likely the controller that's located under the passengers seat has gone bad. If only one side has stopped retracting and moving then that side motor has probably gone bad.

1992 honda accord turns over, but doesn't start--there is plenty of fuel--it fired for a moment then died. It is fuel injected.

A common problem with this year Honda is the main relay becomes hot and the internal connections open up, causing a no start condition. I am assuming everything else is in good working condition. The main relay is located on the driverside kick panel up about 12 inches from the floor, mounted with a single bolt and looks like this;

91 honda ex, passenger front seat belt is not working and the light in the dash board keeps lit, I have check the fuses for it, and all the connection to the belt and it seems all intact...any advise?

Your 1991 model Accord has automatic front retracting shoulder belts and, more than likely, the power retractor motor has gone bad on the passenger side front. If the shoulder seat belt is not in the retracted position, up close against the seat, when the car is running, the seat belt light will stay lit on your dash. Have the seat belt motor inspected and replaced if necessary.

Seat belt for 2004 honda accord refuse to roll out.

Take this back to your local honda dealership. Honda has a lifetime seatbelt part warranty. They should take care of this no problem for you at no charge.

SRS light is on all the time .IT has a new barttery .

SRS module need 13.8V or above to operate.

Check voltage output on from the battery posts.

It should read 13.8V to 14.1V

A weak/failing alternator and/or belt will produce under
13.6V.

===========

Here's a quick check list for most common cost of SRS / Air bag problem.

Dirty contacts on driver and passenger seat belt buckles

Dirty contacts on seat belt connectors (under seats)

Dirty contacts on driver and passenger sides weight sensors (under seat)

Seat covers

Weight on passenger seat
(Example: grocery package trigger SRS / Air Bag light on the way home.)

I recommend you to pass an vacuum over the contacts and use CRC electronic parts cleaner to rule out connectivity problem.

I DO NOT recommend disconnecting the negative battery connector to clean the code(s).

Without the code(s) the dealer will takes "BILLABLE" time to reproduce the problem.
