If you are getting shaking when you brake then I would get your brakes checked. You may have a warped rotor or possible one brake pad that is worn unevenly or even broken. It is also possible that you have a caliper that is binding.
shakes how? when driving down the road or with car parked wheel moves side to side and up and down, if its while driving you may have a bad tire or loose parts in steering components , like a tierod end.
Sounds like its missing on 1 or more cylinders. A check of the plugs and wires is in order, Could be a fouled plug or a loose/bad sparkplug wire. Best of luck.
