Iv changed my thermostate and heater core the car blows tons of heat from floor but not very hot from my vents iv burped the cooling system also its a 96 3.1 liter any solutions

unless you got visable signs of leakage its not heater core, but it could be pluged with sediment. take off both heater hoses and flush it both ways until it runs clear. you can also mix a little baking soda and water and pour in core and let set for a while and then flush.

follow your upper hose from the radiator to the engine the thermostat should be thereat the end of the hose usually two bolts are holding it in loosen 2 bolt and see what way thermostat is facing cone into head or into hose take out and boil in water see if the spring retracts if it does the thermostat is not bad its something else

sounds like the ac/heater blend door is stuck or broken.it will need to be taken apart for servicing,i suggest getting an expirenced mechanic for this repair.its tough.
