This may have something to do with the 4 way flasher fuse. Do a check of your 4 ways and if needed change out the fuse. back square fuse in most cars
Check you steering aswell turn the wheel to where the signal stops chicking see if there is a point to where it will stop

There is 2 different flashers. One flasher for the turn signals and one flasher for the hazards. If you turn on the turn signals and the turn indicator on the dash lights up but doesn't blink, then most likely it is the turn signal flasher that is bad. Good luck.
you have a busted bulb, your hazard may be working fine but the bulb is double contact so one part is working and the other is not. just check which bulb is busted.
Behind the headlight you should see a eletrical wires running to the headlight section. There will be a 2 inch round plastic ring. You grap the back of the bulb and turn it to the right which will release the bulb and the socket. You pull out the bulb and replace it the same way. If this doesnt help then get back to me.
Your F--150 has 2 flashers, emergency and turn signal. Both are mounted on the fuse block under the dash. The turn signal flasher is mounted on the front of the fuse panel, the emergency flasher is mounted on the rear of the fuse panel. so replace the turn signal flasher should solve the problem. Let me know how it goes.
