I lost diagram for fuse box f 150 2003
The solution will be ether go to the dealer and have then print one up for u for no cost or buy the manual book or maintanance book.

Cigarette/radio is a 15amp fuse located in the panel, middle row, bottom fuse. Basically you have 3 colums and 4 rows of fuses in there.
