The front a/c blower does not work, all fuses are good. please help

J, I am sending you some info to read but it appears that the most likely cause is the blower motor relay. Give the following notes a read and if you need some more help give me a buzz... Best of Luck..

1996 Chrysler Town & Country 3.3L, Vin R 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan ES 3.8L, Vin L 1996 Chrysler Town & Country LX 3.3L, Vin R 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan LE 3.8L, Vin L 1996 Dodge Caravan LE 3.8L, Vin L 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan SE 3.3L, GAS, Vin R, Eng Cfg V6 1996 Dodge Caravan Sport 3.3L 1996 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE 3.3L, GAS, Vin R, Eng Cfg V6 1996 Dodge Grand Caravan ES 3.3L, Vin R 1996 Plymouth Voyager Rallye 3.3L Customer Concern: Front blower does not work; no power to it. Fuse is OK. Tests/Procedures: 1. At the blower motor, there is a Dark Blue wire. This wire should have battery voltage whenever the key is in the "on" position. Power for the blower motor comes from the blower relay.

2. Access the front blower relay, it is located on the driver's side under the dash, near the junction block. There will be four wires going to it. The Dark Green wire should have battery voltage all the time. The Dark Blue wire is going to the motor. The Black/Orange wire should have battery voltage with the key in the "on" position. The Black wire should be grounded at all times. On this circuit, the relay is energized whenever the key is in the "on" position. Potential Causes: Front Blower Relay
Front Blower Relay Wiring
Heater Ventilation Air Conditioner (HVAC) Control Head
Tech Tips: The front blower relay is located under the dash, on the driver's side. It may be necessary to remove the junction block (fuse and relay box) in order to see it. Diagnostic Codes: None

Heater blower fan is not working.. fan was just replaced

Make sure the blower motor is grounded. It's mounted in a plastic case. Check the fuse. Check for power at the blower motor wire terminal with key and blower switch on. If there is none check the resistor. If there is no power there you'll have to go back to the switch.
