Sounds like you need to recalibrate your seat, but because you can't
move it forward I don't think you will be able to. You might want to
try and pull the fuse for the seat affected and see if it starts working
again. If not then it might be time to replace the motors.

You may need to run the seat all the way forward then all the way backwards in order to resyncronize the seat. If that doesn't fix the problem then most likely the seat switch is faulty. I've seen this problem several times with the clk and the e-class.
