Service Required dash lights are usually preprogrammed to come on at 50,000 miles intervals. If nothing is wrong with vehicle, check under the dash for a switch that can be pushed to the other side which will reset it for the next 50,000 miles.
All belts are different. Manufacturers recommend 40 to 50,000 miles. I have seen belts last over 100,000 miles. I probably would look mine at around 70,000. And depending on condition it's in to change it.
Thanks for choosing FixYa and welcome to the site. 35000 miles is really not a lot of miles. I would wait until 60000 miles to change the plugs/coils, wires, coil pack, distributor cap. You need to change the fuel filter and the air filter though. This would be a good time to flush the coolant system also. You can also check the alignment of the vehicle as well. You are more then welcome to check out my routine maintenance tips on my page. Clean your battery terminals and post too.
according to the owners manual there is no 50,000 mile service, it is due at 51,000, the recommended service by Chrysler is as follows: 1.CHANGE OIL AND FILTER 2.ROTATE TIRES 3.INSPECT ENGINE AIR FILTER AND REPLACE AS NEEDED
Dealers have there own services that they recommend at mileage intervals that may vary from factory recommendations, beware of those large expensive packages they try to sell u.
i personally recommend around every 50 000 miles. i also have a ram, have done this, and never had an issue. i would also recommend having your differential and transfer case fluid changed at the same time. good luck!
the only listing for 50,000 miles is to change oil and filter and rotate tires, this is assuming you have done the other services at 30,000 miles which has alot more done but this is all to be done at 50,000. hope this helps.
