Tire wears on the inside and is choppy. We have tried several times to get the problem solved but it has not fixed the problem.
Left front hub assembly changed, right front ball joint changed, right front lower control arm changed, realigned several times, tire pressure accurate.

most likely there is a small hole or crack in the tire, and when you drive the rubber gets hot and losens up allowing the hot air inside that is expanding to escape. my recomendation is to replace the tire. better safe than sorry when it comes to tires. good luck to ya

check ALL tire inflation if its within the specified range. your computer wont reset if one is low or above the manufacturers specifications.
SOURCE: tire removing
if you have removed all the wheel nuts and the wheel wont come off , use a large tyre lever or a long piece of wood to lever against back of wheel and lower ball joint , if you have alloy wheels they corroied to the hub , when refitting wheel use some copper grease to prevent this happing again

This sounds like tie rod ends are going out. Before you remove the old ones, mark on the threads where it currently is seated or you will throw it out of alingment when you put new ones on. You may need to borrow or buy the tool for poping out the tie rod end. They aren't a big deal to change if you have some basic tools and sometimes you don't need the wedge tool either. Once you get the old one out, try moving it around. If it is real loose and moves easily, thats your problem. But the swaying you are describing sound like this is the problem. Could be you steering control arms as well but because the inside of the tires are worn I doubt it.
