do you have another key or key fob --if you dont have a code to unlock door assuming code for door keypad no code doors stay locked --notify aaa if member---check your insurance policy some now have roadside=lockout assistance,or call a locksmith or service station that does lockouts
wont come out? call a lock smith. you can also remove the whole lock with key and take it to a lock smith, saving labor costs to same. its is freezing outside? use BIC lighter to heat the key.
the FSM or alldata dot com shows, how to remove the whole lock. 1: remove door cards (cover) 2: un clip wire conn. and rod clips. 3: unscrew lock, bingo its out. just did mine , it had a bad solenoid.
My wife is in San Francisco on business right now. She is driving this vehicle as a rental and found out that the trunk can be opened after you have locked the car the hard way. many cars have a crash protector fitted to them if all the doors are locked and it has a crash the impact pops up all the door locks,,,

there are many things, bad key fob, bad fuel pump bad engine, i never liked this cars a lot of problems with power locks door handles break and cost alot,the outside mirros fade and loose the mirror,the liquid inside leaks out,be very careful, i would not be any car for any price with it running and have it safty checked,
quit the glovebox right there is a gold box they have a number to reset the code of the key pad the vin number put it a nd the you hear a sound in that moment you can change your new code of 4 numbers. press the letter c and then your code and then unlock to open ,wnd to the windows and sunroof and trnk to open trunk
