The power brake booster has a bad valve. I can't suggest where to find a new valve for it, but you can buy a rebuilt replacement. They are usually not hard to put on.
SOURCE: I am hearing a squealing sound usually when braking.
sounds like a wheeel bearing ..very common on this vehicle .or it may very well just be the splash plate behind the rotor rubbing against the rotor this is also common get on the ground ,using maby a length of cardboard so not to get real dirty and look to see if the splash guard is really rubbing if so bend it back out to correct the issue ..if not lift the vehicle off the groung and try moving the wheel from side to side and top to bottom wiggle it is there a lot of play ir is it tight if loose it will most likely be the wheel bearing going bad as well whomever replaced the brakes should have checked this out for youi if you described the problem to them

may have a bad relay or a bad selector switch, your going to have to replace relay first and then go from there, good luck.
I had the same problem, it started out only when I was making turns but then it was all the time,, it turned out to be the camshaft
syncronizer... it sounds like there are birds chirping right behind you radio and a/c controls...to check it locate the syncronizer at the very back of the engine.. it is tucked back up under the center
of the upper intake plenium...it will have a two or three prong plug going straight into... once you locate it have the truck running and
and try pressing down gently on the sensor cap to see if it make
the noise that you are hearing... if so then you will need to replace
it... not fun...dealer wants $850.00 to replace.. it takes about 6 hours to replace. you will have to remove the upper intake and disconnect most everything on the top of the engine....hope this helps.... and I hope it is not the camshaft syncronizer for your sake...if you want to see what it looks like go to rock auto.com
and search for it and pull up the picture....

take out the air from the system, the break pump is unable to retract the breaking fluid if there's air in it
