2000 chevy 1500 truck stuck in 4-wheel drive

I have a 2000 chevy 1500 4wheel drive Chevy Silverado truck. It is stuck in 4 wheel drive. Any parts to check before sending it to the dealer?

    2000 silverado front driver side sits 1.5" lower than passenger side. The truck has new shocks all around. Everything else concerning wheels and suspension on the truck are OEM except the shocks

When i put my 03 chevy 4x4 in 4 wheel drive there is a loud popping sound and 4wheel low truck wont move it a push button 4 wheel
you may have a broken transfer box or a damaged locking hub on the wheels that arent used in 4x4 mode, i.e. if your car is FWD unless its in 4-low, check the rear locking hubs for failure. Other wise it sounds like a transmission fault in the aforementioned transfer box or differential.
