SOURCE: need to know how to bleed it

There would be a bleed nipple on it. It would be located near the bellhousing.
Open nipple a little let fluod seep out until no bubbles in it. Make sure you top the fluid up and dont let it empty.

SOURCE: if the clutch slave cylinder on my 2005 Saturn Vue

No its internal meaning that its in the bell housing. The bell housing is bolted to the gearbox to hous the clutch befor being bolted to the engine. It has no seal on it.So when your slave cylinder leaks,The fluid drips from the bell housing. And the only way to get at it is to remove the gearbox.

SOURCE: i cant get pressure to my clutch pedal in my 1995

You cannot bleed these clutch hydraulics. They are meant to be a pre-bled sealed unit that you buy. You should never replace just the slave or the master. Buy them both and replace them as one unit which is already bled from the factory. Otherwise you will experience what you are describing.

Make sure you install the slave cylinder (into the transmission hole) first and then the master cylinder (pedal side) next and do not hook up the pedal until everything is installed.

If you take the slave out with the pedal attached it will extend the rod and ruin the hydraulics rendering them useless.

SOURCE: Replacing the clutch on a 1998 Saturn SL1

It is very difficult for you to disengage the clutch by hand or with any leverage you can get outside the transmission. There is over 200 lbs of force clamping on the clutch disc.

If you replaced the clutch and took the slave cylinder out of the transmission without putting a brick under the clutch pedal or disconnecting the pivot arm from the pedal then you ruined the hydraulics. Buy a new PRE-BLED system from a local auto store. Generally this is the problem.

Either that or the clutch fork is bent or you installed the throwout bearing backwards (or simply fell off the fork which is not all that uncommon).

SOURCE: trouble bleeding the clutch

all clutch slave cylinders have a bleed screw, one pipe in,the other hole is the bleed screw hole, should be tapered at the bottom, for the screw to deal against, also sits above the pipe,to let the air out

1995 toyota tacoma wont turn over

Won't turn over as in nothing? Or won't fire? First place to start is the battery .Either charge this one up or take it out and go along to a parts place to have it charged and load tested.Once you know the battery is good you can go from there.Work your way, battery cables(clean them) make sure they are nice and tight, starter solenoid(you should hear a clicking sound),and finally down to the starter. good luck

2006 Saturn Ion wont turn over. Battery is great and starter tested good. Onstar ran diagnostic no error codes. please help me!

If you have a manual transmission, you may have a problem with with clutch pedal switch. Some GM's have a problem with faulty wiring for this switch behind dash. Only way to check is at fuse panel. Look for power going to switch, and power returning to fuse box.

Car radio wont work on 1992 saturn sc series

if the problem is the radio not coming on at all the first thing i would check is a fuse. if thats good i would find the power wire and test for voltage, then check continuity in the ground. if you have good power and good ground the problem is more than likly internally, in the radio.

1994 saturn 1.9 wont start.when you turn the key nothing happens,no clicking at all .their is full power to everything but motor will not crank over

try to jump start it to see if your battery is dead. If it starts disconnect the battery and if it dies the alternator is bad. After that you may want to pull the starter and take it in and have it tested.

My tensioner pulley went out on my 92 saturn sc the other day so my car lost power and shut down. I just replaced the tensioner and the belt is on good now. I tried jumping the car, but that didn't seem to...

At this juncture,I would probably go straight to the starter and inspect the cables and connections.Do pay close attention to the large orange fuse link wire coming off the B+ battery lug on the starter solenoid. To begin isolating the no start condition,I would check for a 12 volt signal that should be applied to the small wire on the solenoid when the key is turned to start. Test light is the handiest. If this small trigger wire at the solenoid lights, the starter should engage and turn. Check all connections especially at the battery. Its easy to overlook loose positive battery connections and these tend to go loose. Check all (green)maxi fuses in the underhood junction box.Perform load testing on battery and check alternator amp/volts output under load once running.Alternator should put out 85 amps or more under load at 2000 rpm.

Saturn SC wont turn over

when it comes to DC electricity like on automobiles. DC current wants a really good connection. check and make sure the wires at the alternator you just installed are tight. check the tightness of the battery cable connections at the battery. check the tightness of the main cable that goes straight to the starter. small things like the dome lights ect.... will still work many times when the connection is not so good, but big current items like the starter need a good hard connection to work. sometimes when the connection is sub par, the starter will just make a clicking noise but wont turn over the engine.
