Hi:
The easiest method to do this is to go to an auto parts store and buy a belt designed for a truck with no air conditioning. The belt will be the right size, and you just install it as normal, and bypass the compressor

SOURCE: how to remove the rear brake rotor on a 2006 dodge
Single rear wheel - Remove both caliper bolts.. remove caliper and pads.. remove rotor.. they are usually rusted on pretty good.
Rear Dually- the rear rotors are mounted with the hub assembly.. you must first remove the rear axles.. then remove nut holding load on bearings.. then the rotor and hub assembly will come off as one unit.. removed rotor from hub..

First thing is to look at the a/c fuse and relay under the hood in the power panel. Possible blown fuse or a bad relay. If no blown fuse or bad relay found then go to passanger side of truck and you will see a black canaster with a low pressure switch on it. Remove plug to switch and using a jumper wire jump out the plug to see if the compressor clutch comes in. (have the truck running with the a/c selector switch on ). If the clutch comes on then it's either you have very little freon gas in system or the low pressure switch is bad and will need to replace it. Use small pliers to remove switch and replace it with a new switch, make sure it has a new o-ring inside switch before installing it. Hope this will help you.
