If all voltages checked ok, then most probably its faulty instrument cluster board on which gauges are connected. Yes if cluster circuit board looks ok, then also it can be faulty. Somewhere there is minute short or burn on board then such problem arises.

Also check the fuse box. One under hood and other under dash.

Inspect each and every fuse and see if all are fine or not.

2004 pacifica sunroof wont open or do anything . When I press the button i hear nothing no click no noise at all . All my fuses are working but i was told it could possibly be a relay ? any ideas woul

  1. Check the B+ 40 amp fuse in the Integrated Power Module (IPM). If OK, go to Step 2. If not OK, repair the shorted circuit or component as required and replace the inoperative fuse.
  2. Check the Accessory delay 20 amp fuse in the IPM. If OK, go to Step 3. If not OK, repair the shorted circuit or component as required and replace the inoperative fuse.
  3. Partially remove the headliner to access the sunroof motor/module.
  4. Disconnect the motor/module electrical connector. Using a voltmeter check for Battery voltage at the B+ terminal of the harness connector. If OK, go to Step 5. If not OK, repair the B+ circuit as necessary.
  5. With the ignition switch in the "RUN" position check for Battery voltage at the Accessory Relay Output terminal of the harness connector. If OK , go to Step 6. If not OK repair the Accessory Relay Output circuit as necessary.
  6. Using an ohmmeter test for continuity between the harness connector ground circuit and a known good ground. Continuity should be present. If OK go to Step 7. If not OK, repair the open ground circuit as necessary.
  7. Turn the ignition switch to the "OFF" position. Reconnect the motor/module electrical connector. With the ignition switch in the "RUN" position check for battery voltage on the "VENT", "CLOSE" and "OPEN" circuits at the back side of the motor/module connector. If OK, go to Step 8. If not OK replace the motor/module assembly

Guage Cluster Dose not work

Have the CPU program reset by using a code reader . When the battery is removed the CVPU program becomes corrupted . As to the radio you will need the radio security code to re set it.

What could be the problem if my dashboard lights are not working?

If your battery is ok and the ignition on and no lightsCheck fuses and fusable link. Fuses located in fuse box and all should be checked usind a test light with ign on,connect earth clip on test light to a good earth piont then with pointy end of tester touch each side of the fuses. power should be on both sides. Fuseable link located alongside main possitive on battery. sometimes blow and still look ok

SAAB 900 S 1996 not starting

I wouldn't think CPS if you are getting a good blue healthy spark.
Check your injector circuit with a test light: Pull off one injector connector, ground the test light, and probe the injector connector with key ON. If your injector drive circuit is working, one of the terminals on the injector connector should have a steady light. Now check the injector ground circuit: move the test light lead to the positive battery post, and probe the injector terminal that did not light the test light, while someone cranks the car over. If ground is working, you should have a blinking light, meaning the computer is properly groundind the injector to pulse. If both tests are good, the injector circuit is working properly. The drive circuit is routed through the ignition switch, and the ground circuit goes into the computer.

It has power and everything works, but there is no power to the starter. We removed the starter and checked it and it is good.

there are 3 possiable causes.1the main red high power wire.2the earth wire/netural.3the small light wire leading from the ign switch any other wires are earth/neturel.one of these wires is broken my advice is get a meter to check power is going to the starter,is the power going to the main live from the battery.is the earth/netural from the battery to the connection to starter ok .and the main suspect the small wire from the ignition switch to the starter [ok]adrian.

Car cut out like no ignition, now no power to starter circuit. Battery new & hot

No power to starter circuit. The starter gets power from battery to start. So check the connection between battery to starter. As you mentioned battery is new ,but still get the battery voltage checked. It should be 12 volts if battery is fully charged. If battery shows 12 volt then check the connection terminal from battery to starter. If connection checked ok then its most probably the problem of faulty starter. It has to be replaced. But if the starter checked out ok by meter, then the problem relates to faulty ignition switch circuit causing this problem.Checking all this possibilities will rule out the exact faulty part causing the problem.----------Thanks.Helpmech.

You checked all fuses? Dis-connect positive battery lead for a few seconds and reconnect. Do you have spark & fuel?
