ring a renault dealer with the chasis number. starts with vf1. located on the bottm of the winscreen on the passenger side. use the radio control on the steering wheel to enter it. the wheel on the control. eg. if the coe is 4673. rotate the wheel unil first 0 goes to 4. then click the wheel towards you move on to the next digit. when last num is inserted click and hold the wheel until radio returns. about 3 seconds

You will need to contact your nearest dealers, they (For a small charge) will reset it for you.

there is a wheel on your steering volume control.if your code is ,say 1234,turn the wheel down 1,untill 1 appears on the dash.under the wheel on the bottem is a butten,press once.the number on dash,should say 1 and the second number should flash.turn wheel again for second number,press button under nieth.3 and 4 the same way.ON THE FORTH NUMBER,HOLD THE BUTTEN UNDERNEITH UNTILL IT BLEEPS,RADIO SHOULD NOW BE ON MEGANES CLIO,R THE SAME , GOOD LUCK. most good dealers have the radio code in the service or log book, if it is not there, only option is to contact a dealer and ask them for it, (if it is on their records) most dealers can pull the code from the ecu via the obd2 connection or simular. this can be done on a service, good luck

Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct first digit
Press the [¬ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct second digit
Press the [ ¬] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct third digit
Press the [ ] button then rotate the thumb wheel for the correct fourth digit
 
If the correct code is now shown on screen, 
press and hold the [¬ ] button for up to 10 seconds to store the code
