Clutch pedal stays down. When adding fluid and turn car on, pumping clutch it leaks out.

It's usually the clutch master or slave cylinder that is bad when the pedal drops to the floor suddenly. Check both to see which one is leaking fluid and that's your bad one.

shoudl b a separate dip stick to transmision & to check car has to b running...if that dont solve the problem if fluids r fin need to replace/rebuild trany

There is diffinatly a leak in the break system and it is most likely one if not both of your rear wheel cylinders. Need to have it checked out before it gets worse and you end up in a wreck due to no brakes.
