Yes there is and it will be in ya stearing colum. Chance are it is a wire that has chafed though. Pull it apart and inspect all your wires it could only be a small hole in one wire causing the problem.

SOURCE: Battery light comes on when a bump in the road is hit.

sounds like a loose connection to your alternator, check the plug and harness from the battery to the alternator. also check for loose terminals inside the connector to the alternator, make sure the terminals arent warped and bend into shape as needed. check for chafed wires or any alternator wires that could be contacting a ground causing a short. hope this helps!

THE WIND SHIELD WIPERS WILL NOT SHUT OFF AND NOW THE TURN SIGNALS DONT WORK IS THERE A FUSE FOR THE TURN SIGNALS

The multifunction switch may be malfunctioning.Check and see if emergency flashers are working if they are then probably not the relay or fuse causing the turnsignals not to work but probably the switch.

Driver's headlight is dim; wipers only work if headlight is off

Sounds like the jolt from the barrier has caused a bad ground to occur. Look for a bad ground wire around the left headlamp in or around the headlight bucket.
Tighten or replace the bad ground wire. A poor contact will cause the headlight to light dimly.
