To fix an engine coolant leak buy an anti-leak product and add it to the coolant. Next solder or use a high-temperature epoxy to fix the leak, and replace any broken hoses.------------------------------------------------------------------------

1988 chevy k1500 5.7 350. Motor is knockin.

Changing the spark plugs may help. If not, I would get it checked out. It may be time for an engine tuning.

Knockin REAL loud has oil, checked vacuum its good, any help please

It could be a rod. The only other thing I know of on a chrysler engine that would make a knocking noise is the hydraulic chain tensioners on the camshaft.

Knockin noise in engine

Could be a lifter getting sticky. What engine, amount of mileage, and how often does it get serviced, and type of oil used, can all play a part in that.
