What does a po180 code mean in a 2004 ford freestar van

This code will not cause a no start. Does the engine turn over but not fire or what?

i would guess it is the low tire pressure warning symbol

Intake Manifold Runner Control Circuit/open bank 1

PO 180 --Engine Fuel Temperature Sensor -

Circuit Low Input

To follow the proper test procedure ,you need a
scan tool, you don't have,to check response while
wiggling the wire connector

That is the simple explanation,not all that has to be done

Could the sensor be bad,well-- I wouldn't throw parts at
it-- in hope that you will get it right

That is your call,wiggle wires or have it properly diagnosed

All you need is a 13mm boxed end wrench. The tensioner pulley is the one all the way on the bottom towards the rear of the van. You can reach it under the van. Slide under the van in front of the passenger front tire and you will wee the pulley. Put the wrench on the bolt and pull towards you to release the tension on the belt.
