I need help finding a belt routing diagram for 2004 dodge neon
Over p/s pulley,down to a/c pulley ,up to crankshaft pulley ,under tensioner pulley

By chance, have you looked on the underside of your hood, most, if not all vehicles have the diagram there, it should be a white sticker with the pulleys and everything.
